Ordering Policies |

Ordering is simple!
There are four ways to place an order at Krooners: walk-in, phone-in,
on-line catalog, or the preferred method - E-Mail Orders@krooners.com
with the part numbers you are interested in. Krooners will reply
with price(s).
The 20% restocking fee will be applied to orders canceled by the
customer after they are placed with our suppliers but not yet shipped
from Krooners to the customer
Unless you explicitly tell us that you want
to order a part it will not be ordered.
Once we get your "OK" your order will be promptly processed.
Orders are to be paid in full at time of order unless otherwise
arranged.
Krooners ships via UPS, Fedex, USPS, Bax Global (100lbs+) and Forward
Air (100lbs+). |

Sorry, No COD's
Krooners accepts Paypal, Money orders, all major Credit Cards and E-checks.
Krooners will set up an account for you, then ordering will be easier
than ever. |

Krooners sometimes may have certain items on
back order from our suppliers. The customer will not be billed for items on backorder. You will be asked to find alternate part numbers for these items so a new order can be placed with another supplier. All of Krooners products are first quality items
and carry the manufacturer's full warranty.It is the customers responsiblity to insect all purchases for defects within 30 days of purchase. |

Returns:
- All returns must be authorized.
Contact returns@krooners.com
for a Return Authorization number.
- Returned items must be prepaid. No
COD's or checks
- An item must be returned within 30
days of the purchase date.
- Krooners honors the manufacturer and distributor warranties. We do not have our own warranty.
- An item must be in new condition and
in original package.
- 20% restocking fee will be applied
to all items, including stock items and items canceled before shipment.
- Credit for returned items will be applied
to your next order, no cash refunds
- Please allow 5-7 days for your return to be processed
- On occasion Krooners may have to receive credit from our supplier before issuing credit to our customer
- We will cover the shipping charges
only if we believe there to be
an error on our behalf.
- We will not accept returns on electrical
parts that have been installed.
- No returns for "made-to-order" items.
